If you are using an older version of PERRLA for Word (one that you downloaded to your computer), then you need to upgrade to the new PERRLA for Word Add-in or use PERRLA Online to write APA 7th Edition papers. The new PERRLA for Word Add-in & PERRLA Online automatically includes the APA 7th Edition.
Download Microsoft Word 16.26 at this link. If you have an active subscription, you will be prompted to upgrade to the newest version the next time you launch PERRLA for Word (Mac). We have released a new version of PERRLA for Word (Mac) that fixes this.
